The NOW® Kid Cal complex contains calcium citrate: this form is easily absorbed by the stomach in any conditions. Vitamin D improves absorption of calcium. Well known, that it is formed in the body when exposed to sunlight.
Magnesium is a trace element, without which the normal body's functioning is impossible. It is necessary for the absorption and transport of calcium, it is critical for energy production and metabolism, muscle contraction, transmission of nerve impulses and bone mineralization. Magnesium is a natural stabilizer of the nervous system.
Suggested usage:
