OstroVit BCAA 2-1-1 (Branched Chain Amino Acids) is a dietary supplement containing the highest quality branched chain amino acids (BCAA), in the most preferred 2: 1: 1 ratio. These amino acids include: leucine, isoleucine, valine. They are crucial because they belong to the so-called exogenous essential amino acids - amino acids which our body is unable to synthesize by itself.

How to use:
